What are my payment options?
We accept credit card payments for all transactions. We offer wire transfers for tier 3. Invoicing is provided for all transactions. For Canadian clients, we also accept e-Transfer.
What if I am not satisfied with your work?
You have unlimited revisions allowed for every project. You will also have the ability to get a refund if you are not satisfied with our work. More details please contact your business manager.
I want discounts, how can I receive them?
Who will handle my projects?
Tiers above 2 will have a dedicated account manager and tier 3 will have access to creative director input and work. All of our in-house premium team have passed our quality test and we will ensure your needs are taken care of.
What is the turnaround time?
Please refer to the specific service page. The estimated delivery time is given after you submit your task. If you need a rush your project, please contact your dedicated specialist or account manager.
